What We Offer · 02

Hands-on. In your shop. With your team.

When I leave, your crew can make products. The whole trip is focused on your success and your setup — your team learns the system on the equipment they will use every day.

Three pillars

Training, files, and a network behind them.

01 · Training

Three to five days, in your shop.

Scoped on a pre-trip call.

Day 1 is overview. Day 2, software is installed and walked through. Days 3–5 are hands-on builds of three product types your shop selects.

Most shops land on four days. I do not bill labor for travel days — you only pay for the days I am in your shop.

02 · Files

Pick a product. Enter the numbers. Get the file.

No templates. No guesswork. No CAD experience required.

Input measurements. The system calculates everything else. The files are fully parametric — each shop controls the elements that matter to its customers, while the underlying geometry stays correct on every job.

Files are licensed to your shop, with company-level settings you can adjust to match how your shop builds.

03 · Network

Ongoing R&D, divided.

Phone support — Jeffrey responds personally.

Eligible refinements to the current system can be shared across the network. The cost of that refinement is divided across the hub — not carried alone by any one shop. A lesson worked out in one shop can improve the system for the next.

Connection without entanglement. You stay independent the whole time.

See it work

Pick a product. Watch the file build.

A taste of how the parametric system feels on the floor. Change any value below and watch the file regenerate. The actual platform handles the full geometry, materials, bend charts, and cut paths — this is just a teaser.

A typical training week

What four days in your shop look like.

Most shops land on four days. The day count is scoped to your shop on a pre-trip call before training begins.

Day 1

Overview

Walk the shop. Review equipment. Set the day-by-day plan with your team. Possible hands-on start.

Day 2

Software + paperwork

Membership terms reviewed. Software installed under your member license. Calculator walkthrough. Starter credit pack purchased.

Day 3

Hands-on builds

First of three product types your shop selected. Cut, formed, and finished by your crew on your equipment.

Day 4–5

Production

Two more product types built. By the time I leave, your crew is producing — not handed a binder and left to figure it out.

What the system makes

Caps, covers, and surrounds — across the standard chimney range.

The current SafeStax manufacturing system is focused on sheet-metal chimney products: caps, covers, surrounds, and related chimney product families. Your starting setup is scoped to the product types selected for your shop.

Flat caps

Standard and Traditional. The everyday work of a chimney shop, brought in-house.

Hip & Ridge

Standard, Traditional, and Variable pitch — all built on a parametric angled-skirt geometry.

Chase covers

Standard and multi-piece for larger chimneys. Beaded or flanged collar options.

Custom Fireplace Surrounds available. French Curve Shrouds and Chimney Crickets are in development. As SafeStax develops future tools, jigs, software, or new product categories, those may be offered separately as add-ons.

Next step

If this fits the way your shop already works.

The next step is just a conversation. We can talk through your shop, your equipment, the products you would want to start with, and whether a founder membership is the right path for you.
