We started our fabrication division with hand-cut stencils and brute force effort. I can't even say how much time we lost by accidentally marking something off by the smallest degree. It was hard work and took a lot of time, but we were determined to do it.

Jeffrey had a vision for something better — a smooth-operating machine that would allow for quick turnaround and incredibly accurate production. Now we have a smooth system where the salesman plugs in the measurements and manufacturing receives a clear form of measurements, product details, and deadlines. It's so straightforward that our part-time guy was able to learn how to use the CNC operating system within an hour or so. After that he was producing clean-cut product in record time.

We are also very proud to say that all of our custom product is locally made and that we can fix any mistakes locally instead of having to wait forever on a manufacturer in a different state. Our customers love this detail and it separates us from the competition.
